Quotation

Once you have arranged your free consultation we will send a representative to your home who will sit with you and discuss your exact wood flooring needs. The representative will show you samples of the wood floor we provide and help you to decide which wood floor is perfect for your needs and your home. As there are so many woods to choose from, we know it can get a little confusing at times so we make sure all our reps are experts in their field and are able to advise you on which colour and texture would be perfect for each particular room

Survey

Our representative will also check for any damp or unevenness in the floor and recommend whether the floor you have chosen can be fitted. We don’t make promises we can’t keep so if your existing sub floor is in too poor condition to lay on, we will recommend how to go about getting it fixed so your new floor can be installed.

Installation

Once we have agreed your sub floor can be laid on, we will send one of our qualified wood floor fitters to install your floor. Your new floor will be fitted on top of your existing sub floor. Our fitters will install your floor leaving you with a beautiful new wooden floor.
