Threshold 'T-Bar'

Perfect for finishing of between two floors at the same level e.g. for doorways.

Solid Reducer

Made in solid wood, allows for the expansion of your wooden floor without showing slight gaps. Ideal finish for an engineered or solid wood floor up to tiles, carpet or lino.

Timbermate underlays - whit their superior weight and density reduce noise levels and have low SONE ratings. “The lower the SONE, the lower the sound level.”

Timbermat Excel gives a quieter life by muting transmitted impact noise, and by installing this product you will gain upto 23dB reduction on transmitted impact noise (SONE 56).

The original 'all in one' rubber underlay Timbermate Excel is suitable for concrete and wood sub-floors in both domestic and contract installations. An ideal sub-floor, it evens out minor undulations, and is easy to install.

As well as the above the rubber underlay is odourless, chemically inert, resistant to chemicals, pressure and impact absorbent.

Built in Hydravoil vapour barrier, Timbermate Excel will protect against moisture ( not exceeding 75% RH) when used in conjuntion with Vapourstop Tape

Elastic, High Viscous, Timber Flooring Adhesive

Description:

SikaBond-T52 is a high performance, solvent free, elastic, polyurethane based one-part, gun grade elastic timber flooring adhesive.

Typical Uses:

For sound reducing, full surface and ‘liquid batten’ bonding of wood flooring systems including:

• Solid or engineered wood and parquet blocks

• Structured planks and laminate floorings

• Mosaic and industrial parquet, wood paving and chipboard

Advantages:

• Fast curing

• Solvent free

• Very Low Emission EC-1

• Accommodates small variations in floor levels

• Absorbs sound vibration

• Suitable for subfloor heating

• Suitable for all timber types including beech and bamboo

• Bonds directly to old ceramic tiles

Application:

Surfaces must be dry, clean and free from dust and contamination. SikaBond-T52 has excellent adhesion, without primer, to tiles, concrete, timber etc. Dense surfaces may require mechanical preparation. Vinyl tiles must be fully bonded, degreased and cleaned. Priming is required for porous surfaces, anhydrite screeds and mastic asphalt (see data sheet). Apply with a bulk sealant gun. Laying time 60-90 min (+23C/50%RH). Coverage: 1x600ml sausage bonds approx. 3-5 sqm.

Sikabond – T54

13 kg wood flooring adhesive

SikaBond-T54 is a one-component, no VOC, solvent-free, permanently elastic, strong polyurethane adhesive for full surface bonding of wood flooring. SikaBond-T54 is extremely easy to trowel - preventing arm strain and increasing applicator productivity.

Use Solid and engineered wood flooring (strips, longstrips, planks, panels, boards) mosaic parquet, industrial parquet, wood paving (residential) as well as chipboards can be bonded.

Bonds solid wood flooring up to 20 cm (8 in) wide and engineered planks up to 35.6 cm (14 in) wide directly to concrete with no length limitations.

Sikabond T54 features:

• Extremely easy to spread

• Footfall-sound-dampening adhesive

• Suitable for all common types of wood floors

• Suitable for bonding wood floors directly onto old ceramic tiles

• Reduces stress on the substrate: the elastic, material-compatible adhesive reduces transverse stress between the wood floor and the substrate

• Especially for problematic wood such as beech and bamboo

• Suitable for under floor radiant heat installation

• Curing Rate ~ 3.0 mm/24h (+23°C / 50% r.h.)

• Floor may be walked on / sanded 24-48 hours after installation (depending on climatic conditions and adhesive layer thickness)

Coverage: At minimum rate of 0.5-0.6 kg/sqm :on an evenly prepared floor, a 13 kg pack will cover approximately 21-25 sqm.
